What is your return policy?
We hope your new Miz Mooz are perfect for you, but if they’re not a return is quick and easy! Miz Mooz will accept returns on unworn merchandise within 30 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging, with refunds given in the manner of purch
I live near a Miz Mooz retailer; can I return merchandise to a store?
Retail locations carrying Miz Mooz will not accept returns of web orders. All purchases made through miz-mooz.com must also be returned through miz-mooz.com.
My order was successfully returned, now where's my refund?
Refunds will be processed, less any applicable fees, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to Miz Mooz. Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Can I exchange my order for something else?
Miz Mooz will offer one even exchange for an alternate size or color of an item per order, with no return label fee. Your may use our online portal to start your exchange.
Oops, I missed my order and it was returned to sender. Now what?
Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable for any reason will be treated as a return when received by Miz Mooz, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
